A genuine simulator capture of JRNL’s native SwiftUI interface, populated with fictional, offline demo content.

Recorded in the iOS Simulator. Fictional photos, people, and tracks. No audio or account data.

A little window into JRNL.

JRNL connects photographs, places, people, music, and notes in a memory. This page showcases the native iOS interface with a small fictional journal.

Real interface. Fictional memories.

The phone screens and film were captured in an isolated iOS Simulator build using JRNL’s existing SwiftUI memory, profile header, music summary, and native map components. The demo data stays offline. Light appearance, an ivory-to-peach profile header, and a warm primary accent bring the same palette into the real app. Alex, Maya, Jamie, Sam, and The Daylight Club are fictional. Their images and music artwork are illustrative, with no recorded music.

Made to explore.

The interactions on this page switch between genuine captured screens. They are a website preview; the iOS app itself is not running in your browser. JRNL is coming soon to iPhone. No release date has been announced here.

Made with a little help.

Photography helps tell these fictional stories. Thank you to the photographers who make their work available.

These photographs are used under the Unsplash License. The fictional friends photograph, their portraits, and Alex’s profile portrait were created with OpenAI ImageGen. They depict no actual customers or endorsers. Music artwork was created for this demo; the tracks are fictional and no audio plays.
